“BECAUSE HOW YOU SEE CHANGES EVERYTHING”.

The Art of Seeing is a keynote and training program that uses photography as a transformative vehicle to teach leaders and teams how to (re)frame, literally and metaphorically, shift perspective, develop point of view, and unlock entirely new pathways of seeing and thinking.

These sessions equip you to see the familiar in a new light, to see what others cannot yet see, and to apply that vision directly to problem-solving and innovation. Because how you see changes everything.

Grounded in the science of neuroplasticity and drawn from an international career spanning photography, film and art, it is unlike anything else in the leadership development space.

Creative Intelligence is not a gift. It is a muscle. And Alina Gozin'a is living proof.

Alina helps leaders and teams unlock Creative Mind Set & Creative Intelligence, the uniquely human capabilities that matter most in an AI-powered economy.

In my recently published TEDXSydney article, Creativity Isn't Fluff. It Never Was, I make the case that AI cannot truly see. It processes. It predicts. But it does not see - and that is our human superpower.

Creativity is not a personality trait or a gift, nor is it confined to a painting or a sculpture. It is a cognitive capability: the ability to see the old in a new light, to ask "What if" rather than "What is.”

I argue that unlocking Creativity is one of the most critical human advantages in the age of AI - that seeing differently, the ability to reframe and cross-pollinate analytical and creative thinking, is what separates great leaders from the rest, humans from AI.

Creativity is a muscle, not a birthright.

ABOUT ALINA GOZIN'A

“Gozin’a has distilled a career at the intersection of business and creativity into a program that transforms the way organisations think, lead and innovate. Because how you see changes everything.”

From tax advisor at PwC to Cannes Lions YDA-nominated director - Alina Gozin'a has built one of the most rare and genuinely cross-pollinated careers of her generation: corporate precision meeting global creative mastery, at the highest level of both worlds.

She is one of Australia's most renowned photographers, commissioned to photograph some of the world's most influential leaders and cultural figures, including Sir Frank Lowy, Andrew Forrest, Scott Farquhar, Melanie Perkins, Christine Lagarde, Sam Mostyn AC (Governor-General of Australia), Anthony Pratt, Nicolas Berggruen, Gretel Packer, Judith Neilson, Apollo 16 astronaut Charles Duke, South Park's Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and Oscar winners Alicia Vikander and Emile Sherman, among many others.

Her work has appeared on the covers of AFR Magazine, Forbes, Tatler Asia, WIRED UK, Madame Figaro, Harper's Bazaar and Vogue, and she has directed campaigns for HBO, Universal Music, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros, Tribeca Film Festival, Stan, ABC and more.

This is not a photographer who also gives talks. This is a creative strategist and narrative expert whose lens has granted her unparalleled access to the world's most exceptional minds, and who has spent decades studying how they think, lead and see.

Alina serves on the Industry Advisory Board at UTS TD School, the world's pioneering faculty for Transdisciplinary Innovation.

She is a keynote speaker represented by Saxton Speakers, an Artist in Residence at The Sandstone Club at Capella’s Lands, and an exhibiting artist represented by Wentworth Galleries, and a contributor to TEDxSydney.

She has distilled a career at the intersection of business and creativity into a program that transforms the way organisations think, lead and innovate. Because how you see changes everything.
